~~ Mating ~~ When the lions have chosen the females to mate with when the females are in heat, they will begin to mate. They will do so away from the pride in whisper. The mating process will occur several times over the course of two to three feral heart days. The females will become more flirty with the males (usually the dominant male) while in heat, but will also become more feisty. ~~ Pregnancy ~~ Pregnancy will occur for two real life days. During this time, the female will gain weight, just like in real life. The lioness will give birth in a secluded den away from the pride, or near some thick foliage. The litter will usually contain three to six cubs. ~~ Cubs ~~ The cubs will be blind for a day in real life. After that, it will take one more day in real life to have them be able to walk and run. Once that happens, the cubs may be introduced to the pride, and start to feed on meat. The cubs must stay cubs for a week in real life to become adolescents.
